Tulip Time Festival

Tulip Time is a fantastic place to relax and enjoy your time here. Tulip Time can provide a calm and a sense of comfort. We love having people feel very welcome when they visit. The best is when we see people smiling, because that means they are enjoying their time here and are having a fun time. People have gathered for nearly 90 years to participate at the Holland's Tulip Time Festival. The Festival goes on for nine days, and during those nine days many traditions happen such as, a parade, carnival rides, wooden shoes, elephant ears, fireworks and tulips. Come and visit during the Festival and get a little taste of Holland's heritage and the town's unique dance.

At Tulip Time there are many restaurants, dining areas, fast food places, such as- Alpenrose Restaurant, Big E's Sports Grill, Boatwerks Waterfront Restaurant, Brew Merchant, deBoer Bakkerij and Dutch Brothers Restaurant, New Holland Brewing Restaurant and Pub, VFW Post #2144 and Auxiliaries. All are such amazing places to grab some food and let your stomach enjoy some amazing Holland Food!

Area Attraction here is super fun and fun to be involved in! The things you can do, or sign up are- Graafschap Heritage Center, Holland Area Arts Council, Holland Garden Club- "Gardens with Zeel", Holland Museum and Dutch Galleries, Cappon House and Settlers House, Nelis' Dutch Village Family Theme Park and Wooden Shoe Factory, Veldheer's Tulip Gardens and DeKlomp Wooden Shoe and Delft Factory, and Windmill Island Gardens. These are all super fun attractions that we suggest you do, because they are each all super fun!

There are places you can stay at and lodge at a hotel that is closer to the Tulip Time Festival. The places are City Flats Hotel, Courtyard By Marriott Holland Downtown, Maplewood Hotel. You can also pitch a tent, have an RV, and there are even cabin lodging options at Ottawa County Fairgrounds.
